Customers must provide accurate information, follow staff instructions, respect the facility and other people, and stop an activity when directed. Age requirements, minor participation, guardian consent, identity checks, and service-specific eligibility must be stated in the final booking flow. The operator may decline or stop a service when lawful safety, conduct, payment, credential, capacity, or suitability requirements are not met.

The website is not emergency care. New, severe, worsening, unexplained, or urgent symptoms require an appropriate medical pathway instead of a recovery booking. A wellness service is not a substitute for a medical examination, treatment plan, or professional clearance.

The current public sources contain appointment and offer rules that require reconciliation. The final terms must state the correct cancellation and rescheduling window for each appointment type, the consequence of a late change or no-show, the treatment of deposits and credits, late-arrival handling, waitlist behavior, and any exception process. A summary near checkout must match the controlling policy exactly.
