Pack terms
Packs are non-refundable, cannot be combined with another offer, and any sessions left after the expiry date are void. Add-ons are paid at your appointment and are not part of the pack price. Sports Massage and Advanced Sports Therapy packs are priced with tax and fees already included.

Booking Policies
- Deposits and tax
- Single sessions are booked with a deposit, and tax is added to the balance you pay at the studio. Massage packs and gift certificates already include tax.
- Introductory Sports Massage
- For first visits only. Booked on a return visit, the difference up to the regular price is charged at checkout.
- Memberships and packs
- Appointments are still required. Memberships and packages are non-refundable under the cancellation policy.
- Gift cards
- Gift cards are redeemable by the bearer, cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. The Sports Massage Gift Certificate prepays a full hour of sports massage, tax included.
