What slow breathing feels like: follow the circle for a minute

Breathe in as it grows, out as it shrinks. One minute of this costs nothing and you can do it anywhere. In a session an instructor works on your own breathing directly.

FAQ

Questions people ask

More questions people ask

Do I need any breathwork experience?

No. The session is built for people who are new to breathwork and for people who already have a practice and want to refine it. Your coach works from wherever you are starting.

Do I have to get in the cold plunge?

No. The cold plunge is optional. If you would rather learn the breathing first, the cold plunge can be booked on its own another time.

How cold is the cold plunge?

The water is kept between about 39°F and 55°F depending on experience. If you have a temperature preference, tell the front desk before you get in.

Is the session private?

Yes. It is one on one with your coach, and the cold plunge is in its own private room.

What should I wear for breathwork coaching?

Comfortable clothes you can sit and breathe in. If you plan to use the cold plunge, bring a change of clothes.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

No, not for everyone. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition or high blood pressure, check with your doctor first and tell your coach. Do the breathing rounds sitting or lying down, never in water or while driving. In a session, the breathing comes first and the plunge, if you want it, comes after.
